Manager's Checklist
THIS IS A MULTI-PART PROCESS – PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY
1. BUILD YOUR EVENT ROSTER (DIFFERENT FROM YOUR TEAM MEMBER ROSTER) IN GOTSPORT BY DEADLINE: OCTOBER 7th @ 8:59 PM (PST)
2. UPLOAD GUEST PLAYER DOCUMENTATION (IF APPLICABLE) INTO THE EVENT REGISTRATION
3. GAME DAY CHECK IN AT FIELD 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO EACH GAME, HAVE ALL CARDS/DOCUMENTS WITH YOU
1. EVENT ROSTER: must be created in the EVENT (Heat LVI Fall Cup) in Gotsport – it must display every player’s photo, date of birth, and jersey number.
All of this information is what will print on every game card/match report so you can check in on game day.
2. GUEST PLAYER DOCUMENTATION: IF you are using Guest Players be sure to have the following for each player so you can upload it into the tournament registration in Gotsport:
1.) The appropriate player loan form filled out (signed by the loaning coach or club)
2.) A signed medical waiver
3.) A copy of their player’s card
You will then scan all of these items together into ONE PDF file and upload it into the Tournament/Event Registration.Uploaded documents will be marked as verified once reviewed

3. GAME DAY CHECK IN:
- Report to the Field Marshal tent closest to your game field 30 minutes prior to each game;
- Provide your player’s cards;
- Provide the medical waivers for every player on your roster;
- Provide your guest player documentation (loan form, player’s card, medical waiver)
Only rostered players with player’s cards will be permitted to play – no write in players are permitted.

Team Managers and Coaches: To use a guest player they have to be the same affiliation as your team. For example, if your team is affiliated with USYS the guest has to be a player affiliated with USYS. Your team cannot use a US Club player as a guest because your team is not affiliated with US Club, etc.
Roster Freeze is October 7th, 2024 @ 8:59 PM Pacific Time
Only players rostered by this deadline will be permitted to participate; no write in players are allowed.
